Workflow automation means:

Instead of doing repetitive work manually, you design a system that does it for you.

Simple Example:

When a form is submitted → Send confirmation email automatically.

That is automation.

Automation follows this structure:

Trigger → Action

2️⃣ Understanding Trigger → Action Thinking

Every automation has two core parts:

Trigger = The event that starts the process

Action = What happens after the trigger

Examples:

New email received → AI summarizes it

Teach this builder formula:

Example:
